100-DAY TRIAL (STAINLESS STEEL WATER FILTER SYSTEMS ONLY)
We offer a 100-day trial period exclusively for Stainless Steel Water Filter Systems purchased directly from our website.
If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product within 100 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, subject to the conditions below. Returns beyond 100 days will not be accepted.
Statutory Rights:
This trial policy does not limit or affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, particularly in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The unit should not have damage beyond normal usage during the trial period.
- For non-defective returns, return shipping costs and a restocking fee of тВ╣750 shall be borne by the customer.
Important:
Return shipping costs and restocking fees will not apply if the product is:
- Defective
- Damaged during transit
- Not as described at the time of delivery
In such cases, Rama Water Filters will bear all associated costs.
ACCESSORIES & ADD-ONS (STANDARD REPLACEMENT POLICY)
Accessories (including filter candles and add-ons) purchased separately are not eligible for the 100-day trial.
- Replacement is available only for defective items
- Requests must be raised within 30 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is mandatory
Transit Damage:
Visible damage during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with supporting images or videos.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued where returned items are:
- Missing components
- Returned in a condition beyond normal trial usage
- Damaged due to misuse
Any deduction will be clearly communicated with reasons before the refund is processed.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection via email
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
- Amounts are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days
For defective, damaged, or misdescribed products, refunds will be completed within 15 days from receipt of the returned product, in accordance with Indian law.

Exchanges are permitted only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage

- Return shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
- For defective or incorrect products, no deductions shall apply.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenтАЩt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
