"I bought the filter from the website on the 3rd of this month and was delivered on the 9th. Each step of rhe delivery was communicated over whatsapp. The packaging was very good, with each item packed seperately. Installation was intuitive, and it was also explained well on the instruction manual. The warranty registration was smooth with the QR code. With one week of use I can say the filter is smoothly so far. No change in taste. I use water from open well and the water gets colored during the monsoon season. Meaning that there are mud particals in the water. And the post filtered waster is very clear. I fear the life of candle might dramatically fall so I have added another mesh filter at top of the upper container. I have been using PureIt for many years now. And wanted to get away from the plastic storage. I cut the top portion of the PureIt filter that has the mesh filter, and placed inside this new Rama filter. This way the macro soil is removed by the mesh filter and the candles can do the rest of filtering job. So my suggestion to you is, please add an optional add-on of a mesh filter, so it would help in places with such macro filtering need"
