Refund and Return Policy

100-Day Trial

Applicable only to our Stainless Steel Water Filter Systems

We stand behind our products and offer a 100-day return policy for select products purchased via our website only. If you’re not completely satisfied with your stainless steel water filter system, you can return or exchange it within the trial period for a full refund. Please note, returns or exchanges are not accepted beyond 100 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Return

  • The water filter system must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The unit must be free from damages, dents, or any visible wear.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, along with a restocking fee of ₹750.

Standard Replacement Policy

Applicable only to accessories, such as filter candles and add-ons

Accessories are not eligible for a trial period that are purchased separately. Replacements are available only for defective items, and requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Replacement

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for a return or replacement.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in damaged condition or missing parts.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Only manufacturing defects or damaged items are eligible for exchanges.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility. For any unpaid return shipping, the cost will be deducted from the refund. Shipping times for exchanges may vary by location.

In case you choose to send the product directly to us, for items valued over ₹1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
